Q: Can someone come out to take a look at where we want to install the sign? A: Yes, we can arrange a mutually convenient time to meet and discuss your needs.

Q: Do you design the sign for us? A: We can certainly provide a mock up of how your finished sign will look. Just send us your logo and any information you would like to appear on the sign.

Q: Can we send you our own design? A: Yes, we prefer the files to be in PDF, EPS or Illustrator format with all fonts outlined and images embedded.

Q: How long does the sign take to make? A: Simple signs like vinyl cut lettering, retractable banners and small signs generally take 2-3 days after artwork approval. Larger signs like light boxes and awnings etc. may take up to 7-10 business days.

Q: How do we know what material we should use? A: We will discuss where the sign is being installed and how long you plan to use it then advise you of the best materials.

Q: What if we have a truck we want decaled that's on the road during the week? A: We can arrange a convenient time to install the graphics during a weekend.

Q: We need something really fast! How fast can you make it? A: We always try to help people out when they have a last minute project. We will do our best!
